Jossette Naiken is an Australian mother of two young children and has been living in the United Arab Emirates for 17 years. She has worked in Australia, London and Dubai with bulge bracket investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she resigned as an Equities Trader to spend more time with her new family.

Jossette first launched Skytots Baby & Kids Gear Rental to address the Dubai Tourisms drive to make the United Arab Emirates a family destination.  This lead to her having first hand experience in an extremely wide range of premium baby care products such as strollers, car seats, travel cots, baby toys and more.  Skytots had an inventory of over 400 products, with over 120 different car seats and over 100 strollers.  Each product was meticulously researched and trialled to ensure the right knowledge was passed onto families when making selections to suit their vacation. 

It was hereafter in 2018 that Jossette diversified her interests and launched 

JBC Distribution to address gaps in the market for niche high quality, sustainable baby products.  Jossette has grown to become the mother and baby care product expert with deep knowledge and an extensive network of retailers, families and mothers in the region.
